I can't remember how many times I've been to this restaurant, I try to go there whenever I come to Paris, and nothing, nothing has caused any complaints over the years. The staff was also extremely nice, and ready to give recommendations on what to get. We arrived a bit late and with no reservation, and they arranged a table for us, no problem made. I’d definitely recommend the cheesy bread with the egg yolk. I’ve never had something like that before, and despite its simplicity, it was really the star of the night. The mashed potatoes were also outstanding, especially when coupled with the tomato sauce. The aubergine rolls were very silky, and the tenderness of the vegetable was nicely balanced with the strong nutty crème on top. The pomegranate seeds in all dishes gave them a nice fresh touch. As my first time trying Georgian cuisine, this place made me a big fan! Would love to come back and try new dishes next time. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: €20–30
