I worked... read more My wife and I were a few weeks in France and decided to swing after paris for a few days. while we try to eat something average, we stumbled on cerido. I worked many years in a kitchen and risotto is my all-time favorite. as easy as it seems to cook, risotto is often overcooked, too many ingredients, sat in window too long, etc. ruined. this restaurant was dedicated to risotto and only available for lunch open M-Fr with twelve seats. that seemed to be a perfect scenario for risotto, so we gave it a try. every bite was phenomenal! I couldn't lay down my fork. we have arancini and classic risotto as well as gorgonzola and birne. we have also shared a homemade chocolate cake slice and pana cota. this restaurant was delicious, affordable, fast, and the family that runs are absolutely delightful. they make one fall and stop them to lunch.
