Welcome. Quick service. the plates of the couscous arrive warm: bravo. couscous is very good, the seed is fine, the lamb is soft and goutu. there might be more spices in the vegetable broth that is a little fade ... damage. cloth towels: bravo! A good meal, nice. We'll be back.
We arrived late, with the kitchen already closed. Having discovered our nationality, the owner did not hesitate to seat us, expressing himself in perfect Italian, learned during a period of his life spent in Saluzzo, CN. The environment is a bit rough (furniture probably inherited from a previous Chinese management, cold lights kill the atmosphere) but the food is exceptional. We had a Moroccan salad and some freshly prepared tagines that were absolutely delicious. In February I was in Marrakech: there I have never found dishes cooked with care like those of Au Bon Moment. Finally Ismail brings us a sumptuous plate from which to choose a delicious dessert, having the opportunity to further show his courtesy by mixing ingredients from shreds of his life. I see that Au Bon Moment is temporarily closed at the moment: I hope for holidays or renovation (necessary). But upon reopening, dear Italians, you know where to go to find authentic Moroccan cuisine in Paris.
