I didn't visit this restaurant for about 2 years before COVID started. With mask restrictions off I decided to revisit this place where I had good memories of good food, well prepared, grilled steak, codfish or octopus in an interior barbecue. Well I don't know what happened, if management or chef are the same but it was too bad to be true. We were 4 people. I ordered steak in grill, other ordered rojões and other 2 tripas. There is really nothing good to say about experience. Fried potatoes that come with steak were completely greased and sticked to eachothers what made exterior overcooked and interior raw. I ordered steak on point and it was served under, almost raw. Rojões were chopped in huge chunks almost pink and fat was still raw. Tripas were salty and full of fat meats, almost to the point of being uneatable. Service was completely unprofessional despite trying to be helpful. So sadly this is not the Flor do Baldio I used to know
Enjoyed the service and food very much when we were last at Flor do Baldio which reminds me to return there very soon.
Great food and great personel. It also looks very traditionally portuguese in a good way
