This is a culinary legend that everyone should try in Kediri. The simple-looking soup was light, clear and tasteful, finished with cut chicken meat and fried shallots. Best eaten with copper rambak View all feedback.
Best Soto Legend in Town! This legendary soto stall, which has existed since 1926, is always full of visitors, especially during breakfast or lunch hours. The stall can accommodate up to 30 people. Visitors to this stall diverse from parents to young people, and children. What's interesting is the use of wooden food display cases that have been deliberately maintained for a long time to contain salted eggs, perkedel, or other side dishes. Soto is served in a medium bowl, with tiny sized rice as if gathered at the side of the bowl. This rice size is very comfortable for female or elderly visitors, or those who are on a diet. But for a man, it's too tiny Another uniqueness is the abundant broth which is very clear. Soto sauce doesn't look like it shows any fat or oil at all. Soto uses free-range chicken. On top of rice sprinkled with soft celery and Capar (or short bean sprouts). These short sprouts are usually found accompanying rawon rice menus. The chicken is thinly sliced and neat, easy to chew and very tender. Taste of Soto Ayam has a typical chicken soup flavor; delicious, fresh, not greasy/fatty and soft like most typical culinary recipes from Kediri or inland Java. The broth is really delicious, especially when added lime
Taste delicious, especially soto broth but small portion to me :
This is a culinary legend that everyone should try in Kediri. The simple-looking soup was light, clear yet flavorful, completed with sliced chicken meat and fried shallots. Best eaten with kerupuk rambak
Serve good taste and quality of Indonesian Soto (chicken soup). You may also order side dish: fried tofu. It is really recommended. Crowd and queue is always expected. The eating place is limited. They still maintain the old design of restaurant condition since it's initial starting of business since 1928.
