If every employee knew how poor service harms the entire perception of the establishment, they would think twice. The place closes at 10pm, but if you get there at 8:40pm the staff will no longer take your order, in my case a sandwich. The place is well organized and has a wide and varied type of sweets and savory dishes. Coffees, juices, all serf service. Very good environment.
