Perfect place for anyone who wants to stress out, horrible service, lack of empathy, friendliness, goodwill, disposition, patience, competence, ethics and many others, without exaggeration, they made a mistake with the order, confused the flavors of the pastries, took more than an hour and half, they brought the snacks randomly, with a difference of more than 40 minutes between the first and the last snack of the same order from our table, and finally, when my brother-in-law complained, they told each other about what happened without even not even disguise it, literally commenting and pointing at it with the intention of marking it, not to mention the absurd price for an average snack, it wasn't bad, but for the price charged, it should have been excellent and it wasn't.
Terrible. The only things I liked were the caramelized onions and the atmosphere, which is very beautiful, because if it were up to the waiters I wouldn't give it any stars. The funny thing is that I looked at the reviews and the complaints are the same things: negligent service, substandard food quality, delay in delivery of orders... The same complaints for years and still nothing has changed. The site manager urgently needs to provide training for the attendants or provide a more harmonious workplace among them, because the impression given is that they have had no training in customer service or are being treated so badly at work by the boss that they work poorly. Bad, bad, bad... And it's us customers who complain. Be patient. I will return after a few years with a lot of courage to see if anything has changed
