Let 's start with the assumption that the place is truly well renovated and the modern American-lounge style concept stands out; I wanted to give it a full 4 stars, but alas, today was a negative experience. Let me explain: We ordered 2 casoncelli and 2 mixed fried dishes as our first course (which the waitresses confirmed as coming out together . From the moment we placed our order, 40 minutes passed for two casoncelli dishes and 1 hour and 10 minutes for two mixed fried dishes (so IMPOSSIBLE to have them together?! , despite having received confirmation. The food was good, perhaps the casoncelli filling was a little too raw, but the fried food was OK, light and the portions were adequate. The wait staff was a bit arrogant following our requests for information regarding the progress of the fried dishes. In short, they were pointless excuses and agonizing over their efforts. Perhaps we would have appreciated a couple of sincere apologies and explanations. The icing on the cake: the waitress opened the sparkling wine next to our table (there was enough room to be safe . Essentially, she watered my shirt, collar, and jacket... saying it would dry and the stain wouldn 't be there... I 'll see after the laundry. The management should have intervened sooner.
