Jack In The Box - Paramount

I was hesitant to give this restaurant a star because of previous experiences with unfriendly service on Sundays, which is when they have a Chinese waiter who can be rude. However, today I was pleasantly surprised when I was served by the cashier Amaro, who provided excellent customer service.

The service at this restaurant is quick and friendly. Even though we weren't able to go to the lobby to place our order, the staff made it work smoothly.

The staff is very polite and friendly. The orders are taken promptly, but due to COVID-19, customers must ask for utensils, napkins, etc. if they want them. The line can be long when the restaurant is busy, but it moves quickly once you place your order. The food is above average and tastes fresh. The decor, particularly a few paintings in the restaurant, may be a bit creepy. This could be due to its proximity to a high school and the increased foot traffic in the area. Please note that the dining room now closes at 5 pm.

In the late night open, check their order cos sometimes drive-thru is so packed they may forget part of their order

Places a pick-up order and it was completely wrong, not even near what I ordered, then went through thru drive to they had to know to argue with the manager when I literally took it seconds earlier, then they finally took the receipt and saw the bag of what they gave me realized that it was wrong, then they said to give me the correct order and everything looked right out
