Bachi Yaki Japanese Grill - Paramount

One of the worst customer service experiences I?ve ever had. After noticing an error on my receipt no later two minutes after placing the order the cashier refused to correct it. Blamed it on me for whatever reason and that?s fine, but to refuse to correct an error is just unacceptable. On top that, the food is overpriced for a little bit of meat and some rice. Be happy where you spend your money and don?t settle for rude service.

Prices are weirdly out of balance for the quality of food and the overall size of it. Although it is conceived to be food truck food the food is not up to par with the price that it 's given. I cannot justify the price going along with overall satisfaction. I can spend the same price for a Korean BBQ and have all you can eat instead of the smaller and less tastier quality food that this truck offers.

We had bachi yaki cater for an engagement dinner and it was perfect! All my guest were amazed with the food they loved it! Gracias Eva to you and your staff for making my brother's special day perfect. If you're looking for great food, great prices and plenty of food this is definitely the place to go to. Not to mention they have the best customer service and were punctual with my entire order, picked up my order and everything was complete no issues at all!!!

Regular hibachi rice but $22.50 is high for a food truck

Great food, my wife and I ordered the Trio plate, with steak, Shrimp and chicken and fried rice. Big portion we weren't able to finish it, we took it home. Tool about 10-15 for food to be ready but it was worth the wait time. This is a food truck location, just FYI. It didn't matter to us, because we took the food to the drive in theater nearby.
