The staff is the most unprofessional I've encountered, which says a lot. They are rude and unfriendly to customers, and often you can hear them loudly complaining about their employer and managers, even from the drive-thru. None of them seem fit for a customer service position.

They take your money and seem indifferent to your experience. It's honestly the worst dining experience I've ever had.

The same girl who took our order said she didn’t know about it because it never showed up on her screen. The manager then asked if we wanted a refund or for them to prepare the food. We chose to wait for the food, but it ended up being dry chicken fingers.

I ordered the three-piece original meal with fries and cookies. Everything was served hot and fresh, bringing back memories of family outings with a bucket of chicken and sides at the park. I hope this quality continues. The restaurant truly restored the classic KFC standards.
