Description
A neighborhood bakery offers creative, delicious wedding cakes but has occasional issues with order accuracy and customer service when designs change; last-minute modifications reportedly led to color and filling mix-ups. The adjoining boutique consistently impresses with a curated selection of unique, high-quality clothing and jewelry, warm attentive staff, and personalized service, making it a favorite for special-occasion shopping and gifts.
Feedback
Wonderful and unique clothing and accessories, I love their curated looks, and their personal service. It is my favorite "go-to "place when I want something special and different!! I have also bought fab gifts here!
I have been shopping at Objects for a few years now, and it truly is a hidden gem. They offer unique clothing items that are both spectacular and reasonably priced. The staff is fantastic—always ready to help without being overly aggressive. They also have a stunning selection of jewelry, so if you're in search of a standout clothing item or a statement piece of jewelry, this is definitely the place to go.
I had a really disappointing experience with Pixy Cakes. The wedding cake they made for me was entirely incorrect, and when I raised the issue, the owner refused to offer any refund. Her response to my complaints was unprofessional, and she wouldn’t even acknowledge the mistake she made with the cake. It was a terrible job overall. I strongly advise against going to Pixy Cakes!
Pixy Cakes was an alternative cake vendor offered by the wedding venue we chose. Our original cake vendor was quite disappointing, so we were really thankful to have another option! I have to admit, I was a very particular bride when it came to the cake because I absolutely adore sweets. Towards the end of the planning process, I found myself calling Tina to change the design probably three times. This may have caused some confusion because the final product was beautiful, but not exactly what we had ordered. I wanted a navy blue cake, but what we received was more of a periwinkle blue. However, the pin cushion design and other elements were exactly what I envisioned! In terms of taste, we ordered two types of cake: almond cake with Frangelico filling and pink champagne cake with strawberry filling. Although the cake was delivered with the correct fillings, both layers turned out to be almond cake. Nevertheless, they were both incredibly delicious, so I have no complaints about the flavor! Overall, I would recommend Pixy Cakes, but I suggest keeping changes to a minimum after your cake tasting to avoid any confusion.
