Planet Hollywood - Las Vegas - Paradise

There was no one in the restaurant for 1 watch on Saturday, so we should know that it would not be great. the hostess hardly spoke. our waitress was nice, but there was nothing special. eating was okay, but there were some who weren't. within an hour after eating two members of our party felt sick and are still hours later. would not recommend this place in comparison to the hundreds of other restaurants on the band.

Lori was an excellent server and I would go back because of her helpfulness and friendliness. also the philly sandwich was amazing!

We had open-table reservations. I was told by the hostess that they had a private event/party and there would be a 45-minute waiting time. why weren't the times locked up on the table when they knew the time of the private event? poor management. the quality of the food at planet hollywood is not only at this, but also in orlando. I would not recommend this planet hollywood. on a page note our waitress was great.

What a disappointment. my daughter chose it and it was just sad. barely someone there on a Saturday evening in vegas even with a terrace above the strip. should have been our first note. bad service, ambiente is not existent t. like 5 pieces film memorabilia .

Food was good but not hot. Place was clean and service was good.
