The owner was incredibly kind. However, she could use some extra help, as it took quite a while for our meals to arrive. I ordered the club sandwich with fried okra, and it was delicious. My fiancée had the red beans; she thought they were decent but lacking in seasoning and served a bit cold. She also preferred cornbread instead of the hard French bread that accompanied her dish. The menu is somewhat limited, but we will definitely give it another try the next time we're in the area! Service: Dine-in.

I ordered a fantastic BLT with cheese that was simply delightful—someone should give the cook a kiss for that! My wife tried the grilled shrimp salad and loved it as well. Don’t let appearances deceive you; this place is worth a visit for a great lunch. It's clear that good people run this tidy and respectable restaurant. I really liked it! Meal type: Lunch.
