I wanted to comment on the last review, I have worked at IL BECCO for a long time being a Pizza Maker, in this restaurant the dough has always been made by hand, I know that nowadays it is still made by hand and has been doing it like that for many years, I remember that the owner bought one of the best Italian flours (caputo) and that it was very picky with the fermentation time, well ... the truth is that there are people who act in bad faith.
Good service and good quality. Highly recommended. Of the best of Paracuellos.
