Mr Pizza And Kebab - Para Hills

Absolutely fabulous. Couldn't ask for better. We ordered to pick up 2 pizzas, it was our first time ordering from here and we won't be going elsewhere again! The toppings were very generous and high quality, but it was there after service that is amazing! Unfortunately one pizza had olives on it (which weren't ordered), I called to complain. I can't stand olives or the smell and you could taste them even when removed. I given an apology and asked uf I wanted a replacement pizza DELIVERED that night or the following night. Slightly shocked at such fabulous service I asked for it that night, gave them my address and hung up. I said to my husband that it would never happen (I have been burned like this in the past). But not long after there was a knock at the door a fresh pizza delivered with a complimentary garlic bread! ! Unbelievable! Thank you so much.. I have been telling everyone! PS both sites are faubulous to deal with Para Hills was were we originally picked up from, but the Hope Valley store delivered.

The food here is nice and they offer a fast delivery service.

Absolutely the worst pizza place in South Australia. Waited 2.5 hours for a pizza. Rang restaurant. Staff were disgustingly rude and they lied constantly and advised pizza was 5-10 minutes away. We waited another 1hr and 40 minutes to bring the delivery time to 2.5 hours. Pizza was so revolting it was thrown away. We were not offered a free drink or anything. This was ordered through Menulog who were also disgusted with how we were treated. Menulog approached Mr Pizza and Kebab and requested refund which was declined. They take people's money and have no customer service or pride in the food they cook. No one who enjoy a a nice pizza would order from here. I will be taking this further and have been advised to contacted OCBA. If I could have given zero stars I would have. Also delivery driver is rude. This business needs to close down. The amount of negative reviews they have is unbelievable. I just wish I had read them prior to ordering. Save your money or order from a reputable pizza shop. Mr Pizza abs Kebab, you should be ashamed of yourselves.
