I ordered the regular chips and a... read more The staff at this restaurant is extremely friendly. They took our order while we were waiting in line, which was a great idea. I ordered the regular chips and a small cod, both of which were delicious and a good size. The kids' portion was also generous and perfect for our youngest child. The food came in a convenient box, making it easy to enjoy on the beach. It was exactly what we wanted to celebrate our day. The shandy bass was also a delightful surprise. I would highly recommend Val's Place to others.

As for the service, it's great for takeout, making it perfect for dinner on the go. The price range is very reasonable, typically between £1 and £10 per person. In terms of ratings, I give the food a 5 out of 5, service a 5, and the atmosphere also a 5. Some recommended dishes include cheesy chips, pickled onions, sausages, burgers, onion rings, gravy, cod and chips, cheeseburgers, cod bites, pea fritters, large cheesy chips, pickled eggs, veggie burgers, steak and kidney pies, jumbo sausages, regular chips, and large curry sauce. They also have gluten-free fish and curry sauce, as well as small fish and chips with peas and a side of onion rings. For vegetarians, I highly recommend checking out their vegetarian menu. In terms of parking, there’s plenty available, including free parking lots and free street parking.
