Nebraska Brewing Company - Papillion

The patio is lovely and the service is great, but my vodka soda had a lime that looked like it had been cut at least a week ago. Having managed a bar for years, I can tell when the edges of the lime are perfectly brown all around—it’s definitely past its prime.

This is my second visit, and I’ve had a fantastic experience with their 5 for 5 flight pours. The interior of the restaurant is really impressive, featuring a beautiful wooden bar and upstairs seating that overlooks much of the main floor. The name says it all—it's a brewery with a rich history!

The beer at this place was quite good. I tried a S'mores beer that had a notable marshmallow aroma and flavor, which was intriguing, but I could only manage a small taste; a full glass would have been overwhelming. For dinner, I ordered the Smoked Reuben and I would rate it 3 stars. Unfortunately, the dressing lacked flavor and blended in with the rest of the sandwich. Additionally, there wasn't enough meat in it.

We went here tonight for the first time with a group of people and were VERY disappointed! The food was great but the worst service I have ever experienced in my life! 1. We got sat at 4 person table, when there was 5 of us. 2. After asking to switchto the 5 person table next to us we waited 20 min to get a waitress to take our drink order. Once we did get a waitress sheapologized for how long it took, and we simply said it was okay not a big deal! The waters we ordered then came out 15 min laterand the beers took over 25 min to come out. 3. We have now been here for over 45 min and still have not even ordered our food.She said she would be right back to take our order. 4. After waiting ANOTHER 30 min for her to come back I had to go to thehostess stand and ask if someone could take our order. 5. Once she took our order and went to put it in the system she had agroup of other waitresses talking and glaring over at our table.. (maybe it was for a different reason... 6. After we got ourfood, we asked for a set of silverware since we only got 3 instead of 5. She told the hostess stand to bring us a set. Afterwaiting 30 minutes and my food is now cold, I asked a second time for a set and she blamed it on the hostess for not bringingit, when she is the waitress and it would have taken her 5 seconds to do it! 7. We were also missing a side salad and a wholemeal once the food was brought out. It took another 10-15 minutes to get that! 8. After everything went wrong we never got anapology she was actually very short and rude! All in All we were there for over 2 hours which is completely unacceptable! We allleft here VERY upset and disappointed! The only thing this place has going for them is the food and beer, but if you want anytype if service expect it to take over 2 hours and be mediocre at best!

Good place for some crafty beers and and some food. Summertime is the best time go with friends. The outdoor patio area is really nice to people watch and enjoy drinks. Parking in the area sorta sucks but the walk is pleasant. The atmosphere insideis cool with beer vats and kegs. Service I found is good, would t say it’s hit or miss but rather depends on a personalchoice of how you prefer to be served. I’m pretty simple though no complaints. Prices are the cheapest and aren’t the ontoo expensive side. It’s worth the money and time spent if you enjoy craft beers. I generally go to this place 20-30 times ayear.
