Mas Chingon Shadowlake - Papillion

On a quiet Monday night, we went and had a spectacular bowl of queso fundido and tacos! The service was great, and I look forward to going back!

Great location, great atmosphere. The food is soo yummy.

Our family has stopped 1 to 3 times a month at this location. It's kind of a mixed bag of service and if heating/cooling system is working or not. During a recent visit we found that the margaritas glass sizes have been cut in half, maybe more. I was told the ice percentage is much lower so it's about the same amount of margarita per glass. This is not accurate. I felt like we had the drink finished almost before the waitress left the table. That being said, we will probably not come back until we feel the main attraction $3 margaritas) to Mas Chingon is fixed.

It's gone downhill. I've been here a few times and it was delicious. Tonight, I had the barbacoa tacos which were barely seasoned. The queso fundido was wonderful, however. The waitress messed up my friend's order. And they were out of many menu items. The waitress said that they were out of tequila, so no margaritas were available. Let that sink in.... No tequila at a Mexican restaurant. So much for happy hour. Will not be back again.

We ordered the tacos and the burrito, both were delicious! We enjoyed the authentic Mexican food. We sat at the bar and enjoyed the atmosphere.
