Five Guys - Papillion

I had a wonderful experience as a first-time visitor. The fries are definitely a must-try—some of the best I've ever had! I also can't forget to mention the salted peanuts; they’re perfect to enjoy while you wait for your food to arrive. A big shoutout to the tall gentleman who served us. I can’t remember his name, but if anyone knows it, please let me know! He served our food with a big smile and always wished us well. This really makes Five Guys a cheerful place to be, especially with everyone smiling around. Keep up the great work, everyone!

My experience at this location was disappointing. The wait for food was extremely long, and they didn’t have any milkshakes available. To top it off, the trash cans were overflowing and our table was dirty. It just wasn’t the high-quality Five Guys experience I’ve come to expect at other locations.

My husband and I were very impressed with the service and the excellent quality of the food. We highly recommend dining here! We will definitely be returning!

Love their fries and burgers, I get the lil cheese burger and it always fills me up. We share 2 large fries for our family of 6 and no one ever leaves hungry. Food is always made to order fresh and always hot.

The Papillion location sadly didn't have shakes like some of the other locations in town, but the crew told us that they are going to have shakes after an upcoming store facelift. Burgers were hot, fresh, juicy and tasted amazing. While we waitedabout 2-3 minutes before we were greeted, once attended to, the staff was friendly and outgoing. Their love of Star Wars was aplus, too. Always a good, fast burger from a consistent brand.
