I don?t know what was going on with this store this morning but they couldn?t seem to get anything right. ordered 3 sandwiches which they verified with us at th... read more I don?t know what was going on with this store this morning but they couldn?t seem to get anything right. ordered 3 sandwiches which they verified with us at the speaker box perfectly and the receipt matched perfectly as well. Got to the window thegentleman proceeded to make a comment about my friends feet which was weird. We then only received 1 of our sandwiches so wetold them that we ordered 3. after waiting for a couple minutes we received our second sandwich which was a grilled cheese. Ichecked the sandwich to make sure it was correct and the cheese was cold and not melt at all. I told a lady at the window aboutthe issue she asked me if i wanted her to heat it up. I?m confused because last time i checked grilled cheeses should not havecold cheese on them. once they reheated it they forgot again that we ordered a third sandwich so we had to wait again for that.overall the workers were nice except for the weird foot comment. service was very poor and unorganized, food was not as good asit usually is. this experience makes me not want to come to this location or opt for a different company. very disappointed.

Asked fo... read more By far my worst experience at Dunkin. They have been slipping for a while but I decided to give them one last chance. Almost my entire order was wrong. Asked for assorted ten piece donut holes and got all jelly filled. No sprinkles on the donut for my kid.Burnt hash browns. My breakfast sandwich had two turkey patties instead of turkey, egg, and cheese??? Staff did not say a wordto me when I pulled up, just handed me my incorrect order. I don?t believe I?ve ever had an order that had everything in stockthere since they first opened. I will never go there again. I would usually not post such a bad review but every visit I?ve hadthere in the last two years had been horrible. Hopefully they can start fixing whatever it is that is failing them.

Also our lights do t work over our donuts sohopefully you can see them. Very bad service , worst Dunkin service and all have ever seen from any site even not donutlocation. Highly recommend to go elsewhere if you want anything.

The lights were off, chairs were piled on tables, and there weren't any clean tables available to sit at. The trash cans outside were overflowing. When I asked one of the employees if they were closing soon, she just said no. During tough times like these, it's challenging to support places when staff seem unwilling to put in the effort. I was very disappointed. The drive-thru was busy, but that was the only positive aspect. Don’t worry, I won't be returning.

The employees now generally have a p... read more Overall, this Dunkin' location has shown significant improvement. I visit often because it’s conveniently close to my home. The employees now generally have a positive attitude, and I appreciate that lately my orders are usually correct. However, today I wasn't so lucky. I always order the same thing: a large caramel iced coffee with 4 creams and 4 sugars. The woman taking my order even repeated it back to me, but as you can see in my photos, that is not what I received. I ended up driving to the 72nd and Jones location and ordered another one, documenting the difference with pictures. Given the positive attitude of the staff, I believe this issue stems from a lack of skill rather than effort. I encourage management to enhance training for newer employees, as doing so will surely improve consistency and quality with the menu items.
