Delicious food and high-quality ingredients! The kids got pizza and I had the soup. The staff was also friendly! Great place to stop before you catch the train.

SkinnyPizza is BIG on taste, wide in menu options and generous in portion size. All fresh organic ingredients, made to order. I had the Arugula pizza that was a delicious lunch pizza and salad! Bright interior, friendly staff, delicious food, comfortable parking in the game behind the restaurant I will be back!

Good find with plenty of options, especially if you're in search of a gluten free pie. Enjoyed the BBQ pizza and one personal size pie was perfect for a big lunch.

Delicious pizza and salad! I loved all the decisions and the fact that I could make what I wanted. The staff was very helpful. Outdoor seating have been creatively designed you would never know that you are sitting on a street! Can't wait to go back!!!

My husband and I enjoyed a very good fresh meal in this new innovative pizzeria. It is brilliant the service line and the type of ovens that climb the crust and get crispy air pockets, one of the best parts of the crust when you ask us. The cheese was tasteful and the right creamy. We tried the Arugula and the classic Margharita together with a Caesar salad. We enjoyed both pizzas with the fresh ingredients and crispy crust. What was a great surprise and very appreciated on a beautiful late summer evening was the large pleasantly designed terrace that is part of the facility. Parking was easy, which is a plus in Paoli. We would be recommended for family friends or business dinners. DME
