Reached into ice bin without any gloves and I could see him touching my ice as he was filling cup. I just threw my drink out on the way out as I didn 't want to deal with a refund. Overall I 'd eat the donuts because they aren 't made on site but it doesn 't look like they follow any food safety protocols. I 'll stick to the acme donuts from now on.

You can't actually order at the register in store at this location. There is a register but no one manning it and half a dozen employees to ignore you as you tr... read more You can't actually order at the register in store at this location. There is a register but no one manning it and half a dozen employees to ignore you as you try. The drive through runs to the street so you block traffic on a bad day. There is zerosignage stating this until you are parked and inside. I watched numerous people walk in and wait and eventually leave infrustration. I downloaded the app I didn't want and it took what should have been a fast order and made it 10 minutes to runthrough the process. There is another DD in Malvern I'll be going to from here on out, if I go at all. Stupidest thing I haveencountered and last time I am going to this location and no plans to frequent DD from here on out. Going to Wawa instead.
