I have problems with eggs. If I order the Impossible Sausage Sandwich here without the egg, they will put two plasters on the sandwich (not all locations do that my sister has been eating sausages, egg and cheese for years without the egg, and the location near my parent house does not do that). I absolutely adore the staff and service at this Dunkin Donuts. I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years and have always received fantastic treatment from the employees.
The food at this restaurant was incredibly tasty and made with fresh ingredients! The hash browns in particular were perfectly cooked and delicious. I really enjoy dining at this location!
I arrived at Dunkin Donuts with the intention of purchasing a dozen donuts. After completing my order on the touch screen and making payment, the man at the counter informed me that they were out of donuts. They only had a few random donuts left from a previous batch. While I understand that people go to Dunkin Donuts for more than just donuts, such as coffee, it was disappointing to see a lack of self-awareness in not having the product they are named after. Additionally, when I requested a refund (I had paid with Apple Pay), I was unable to receive the funds directly back into my account and had to accept cash instead. Although this issue was not directly the fault of the store, it added to the disappointment of the experience.
Clean environment, friendly staff, great customer service!! I came in yesterday for a coffee and some donut holes, and the staff was very interactive and friendly. I’m happy I made a pit stop here while being on the road for work!
. I recently visited this store with the intention of reloading two gift cards, and it turned out to be quite a frustrating experience. Unfortunately, the staff didn 't provide much assistance, and the manager 's behavior was particularly disappointing. Not only did he seem disinterested in helping, but he also walked away saying, I don 't know, which I found incredibly rude. I even suspect he might be the owner. Overall, my visit left me with the impression of an unwelcoming store.
