The service is friendly, but very, very slow. I always regret choosing BK on a lunch break because I will stand in the lobby or sit in the parking lot staring at them for 20 to 30 minutes waiting for my food. By the time I receive my food, my lunch break is over and I get to return to work late without getting the chance to eat anything.
