First time visit. Called ahead to make a reservation, nobody answered. When we arrived the staff was very rude and didn't want to sit us. They didn't gave us any explanation. Try next door at Restaurant Cernica. View all feedback. What User likes about Phoenix Cernica Club:
Located outside Bucharest, on East side of it, in Cernica Commune, Ilfov County. This Club is surrounded by Cernica Lake shore on one side, and a forest, on the other, is a very beautiful and quiet place. Fancy restaurant, lakeside, romantic, delicious food, prompt service, good music. Quite crowded on weekends.
