I had the pleasure of a gentleman named Alexander take my order and serve us. His customer service was excellent and asked all the appropriate questions and was able to accomplish an upgrade with my meal deal. Food was ready at an orderly time. The crunch of the bacon and saltyness to the fries was a success! Friday Nights at Braum's is a must! They are busy but a good busy and every one in the restaurant has smiles.... View all feedback.
