Indian food here is always so delicious. There is a lot of choice for vegans and vegetarians with many rice and vegetable dishes. The staff are very friendly and always welcoming! I highly recommend for good value for money and amazing authentic indian food. View all feedback.
What shanade o doesn't like about Mumbai Palace:
Food was ok but clearly microwaved as it was so fast. Also veggie samosa I think we're frozen ones as they didn't look or taste authentic. The Dahl fry was very bland but channa masala was nice and had a lil spice in it. Garlic naan was nice. Arrived and they were playing some techno club music....strange choice but they soon changed it to some Indian music which suited the vibe more. View all feedback.

I went there alone, attracted by the vegetarian dishes. The service is very relaxed, to the point that I wondered if do I have too high standards? Or hey they really don 't care? . That night I counted 4 young male waiters. The place was not full. They were in no rush to bring me the menu or check what I wanted to order. Solo traveler not considered a big spender ? ? Aloo Gobi was good. While I was still eating the waiter cleaned the table of the not used dishes and glasses and took away also my spoon. Around 21:45 they changed the music from indian relax traditional discrete low volume to disco house dancing very loud music...I felt they wanted all of us to leave.
We had dinner here, ordering a curry, rice, Dahl and bread. All the food was good, full of flavour and tasty. The portions are so small, like really small and the price is high. The Indian tea was delicious but also very small. The restaurant was busy which is a good sign but I would need to order double Portions if I were to go back.
Best Indian restaurant in town Great service and they have many options
Generally OK. None of the food is spicy eventhough we asked for spicy. The food are precooked and they just heat them up. Thus, any customization is impossible. Mostly sweet. Portion of the dishes were small. But the white rice was a big portion. I asked for an omelette and they said they don't cook. That's how I knew everything was precooked. Bru coffee was really good but tea was horrible Their plastic plates were full of scratches and didn't look appealing. Mint chutney was really good! Please check the receipt before paying as we found sm errors
