Mcdonald's Underwater World Langkawi

McDonald's management, under no reason you shall provide paper plate to customer, it is not healthy specially if your food is still hot either chicken or nasi lemak. your toilet is stinky and dirty, bad smell when cust want to wash hands for eating.. disgusting.. don't just think lower your cost for profit, but think your cust first!

This lady name Azlina is really helpful, good and polite. Also very responsible to her job I didn't expect she can do so many for me just because I can't redeem a sundae choco at their system. At the end I redeemed a choco dip and she gave me a free drink due to my waiting time. Really hope everyone can be like her! Good job Azlina! For those review I saw in bad comment, i hope you can understand they met a lots of tourist here which I saw some of them even will bring in alot of sands and make dirt every where. But still they can serve you better.

Service Yes, Quality No. Table service. Waiting time for a menu (SpicyDouble Cheeseburger) 11 minutes. Fries and burgers lukewarm. Drink served without a straw. Do you find the burger aesthetic? Staff friendly.

It took them 20 mins to bring our food to the table. And there was literally no one in here. Do not tell me it takes 20 mins to prepare 3 person’s breakfast set. Then, the person who brought out the food to the front passed it to the drinks and desserts counter just for hot water. And it took nearly 10 mins for her to just put the hot water in the cup. Even babe worked in F&B places, but I’ve never seen service his bad.
