Food was average Service was on the slower side but on the whole our birthday meal was ok .

Had a fantastic lunch! Kirsty was very informative about their wine selection, we will be booking again soon!!

Superb meal with 4 Australian friends last night. As part of Swanage Fish Festival, Jacks Bistro put on a special evening Terry the lobsterman talked about the lobsters he'd caught that morning, the chef demonstrated how to prepare one of those lobsters gave us an exquisite tasting opportunity), we had exceptionally tasty sea bass/lobster linguine plus lashings of good wine cider. Excellent musical entertainment afterwards in the upstairs bar, with manic dancing by one of my friends. I haven't come across such a friendly establishment for a very long time Kirsty Simon couldn't do enough for us! Thank you I plan to bring some more visiting friends along before too long, so they too can see how a good catering business should be run.
