The best place to eat Punjabi in Goa,paneer tikka, dal makhni, butter naan, rabdi, chicken tandoori, butter chicken all are just hitting lips. Must visit Punjabi food in Panjim.
I'd give 7 stars. Eating was spirit bags with good hospitality.
