2 days previously booked under the name of my friend, but when we arrived there is no booking under their names. the service is absolutely the worst. when we as... read more 2 days previously booked under the name of my friend, but when we arrived there is no booking under their names. the service is absolutely the worst. when we asked for our food (by which we should be served in time during our booking) the employees distracted their eyes and concentrated on other customers instead of mistreating them. no apologies or excuses. they are also not trained enough on orders from customers. I heard that they overheard asking every customer in which order I think it's ridiculous that they all ordered before the time. only enough to fulfill their beloved. because of this bad experience I would not recommend this caffeine.
