She told me it would be a small salad... read more The staff member seemed annoyed by our presence. When I made a request that wasn’t for a sandwich, she appeared irritated. She told me it would be a small salad because she needed to get more spinach. Rather than asking for my preferences, she started packing the salad without checking with me. I had to clarify what I wanted added. On top of that, she used peppercorn ranch instead of the regular ranch I asked for. Overall, it was not a great experience.

She refuses to accommodate special requests that other Subway locations—and even other staff members at this same location—are happy to fulfill without hesitation.

One staff member was focused on their order, while the other was on her phone and disappeared into the back as soon as she noticed me. Customers on the go don’t have time for this.
