We stopped in here on our way to Bryce Canyon from Salt Lake City. To be honest, we weren't expecting much from this small town, but we were hungry.... and Zubia's was awesome! Zubia's is one of the newest restaurants in Panguitch, and I must say they are off to a great start. I've dined there a couple of times and have been pleased with my meals on both occasions. The chile verde is particularly impressive; it's as good as anything I've ever tasted in New Mexico.
We decided to drop by Zubia's while traveling from Salt Lake City to Bryce Canyon. Honestly, we didn't have high expectations for this small-town spot, but we were quite hungry—and Zubia's exceeded our expectations! It seems to be a newer family-owned restaurant, and the menu is somewhat limited, primarily featuring burritos. However, the portion sizes are generous, and the prices are affordable, not to mention the food is absolutely delicious! I’m not sure how they managed it, but our meals were fresh, hot, and served in under five minutes. We will definitely be back the next time we're in the area!
