It's nice that they have a good hot breakfast, but they need to make enough OF it to serve their guests. There are only a few people coming through for breakfast and they run out, and portion sizes were meager. This is at 8am. My review would be five stars otherwise. What Corina Scoggins doesn't like about Hampton Inn Jonesboro:
Second time staying with Hilton. Previous stay was at a Doubletree convention center which wasn’t bad. Hampton Inn Jonesboro was nothing impressive and we should have immediately checked out but was too exhausted after being on the road for 14hrs. There was a lot of humidity in the building and our room. The room was clean the check in was seamless. The fire alarm coming on at 630 was NOT cool. What a wake up call. Apparently someone was burning toast.
I had a phenomenal experience and the stay was quite pleasant. I was helped by Whitney and Angie and the service was amazing. They took care of my needs and made the stay worthwhile. I highly recommend this Hampton Inn if you're passing thru Jonesboro. Thank you again and best of luck.
Everything was very nice! The lady in the breakfast area was very helpful as well as nice. Really enjowed talking to her.
This was hands down one of the best hotel stays I have ever had. The staff made me feel more than welcomed and the amenities were amazing. I absolutely loved my stay here. I can not emphasize enough how nice the hotel staff was!
AK is extremely professional he is the general manager he goes out of his way definitely goes out of his way to help guest. If there’s anything that I mishap he’ll take care of it. I was impressed by that I was impressed with how loyal he is to his uncle, who owns the place, he tries to turn everything around and I do have to say that I see huge things for AK he definitely kept an open line of communication, and he handled the situation that was most unfortunate, and but it went out of his way to fix everything completely a terrific person. I would stay here again.
