What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
There were only 3 cars in the car thru, I was the 3rd car. No car picking up. 30 minutes to order. I wanted to wait before I ordered. When I asked about the delays, the lady on the headset was very rude and unprofessional. If she is a manager, she needs more training in customer relationships. Will drive a longer distance to Lynn Haven or Callaway Wendys but better, polite service and staff. View all feedback.
Restaurant was busy so not sure why all 3 orders of my nuggets were cold, not eaten. It was not said until I came to the window to pay that they were out of the drink I ordered, and STRAWS. I really wonder why an employee couldn't go to another Wendy's or the shop and get straws. The cash register was very friendly.
Can't give it 0 stars or I would Absolutely the WORST Wendy's I have ever been to. 35 minute wait time on my order of 2 burgers and a drink. 30 minutes after my order was taken the cashier boy asked my what did you have on your order. Which told me they had not even started cooking my food. Asked for a manager to refund my order . The young man who ended up being the manager walked to and from the register area 5 times before finally coming to return my money. I would strongly recommend taking some management classes and some food safety classes. French fry boxes were all in the holder upside down and had no protective cover for the top if they had been placed correctly. cashier placing fingers inside the fry boxes after handling money . Also dipping drink cups directly into the ice bend and not using the scoop that was on the drink strainer covered in sticky soda run off. for your own safety and health of your children do not eat here .

Now I used their online ordering system and ordered 2 Bretzel Pub Burger and Pubfries. I was surprised to find that Wendy's has no specific pickup area and I waited for over 46 minutes ad it was busy. I will say that my chicken Bretzel sandwich was delicious and fresh, but my fiancée Burger was cold as well as the fries. I complained to Wendys by e-mail as there is no reason to order online and then wait in the Drive-Thru line. I hope they fix their system or I will not go back, regardless of how good the food is. My time is important!!
We stopped here for breakfast this morning (09/05/2020), just after 10:00 this morning. The girl working the drive thru provided some of the worst drive-they service that I have received in a long time. She didn?t started with ?welcome to Wendy?s what do you want to order?? She rushed the order. After we named one thing, she quickly sad the total without any other remarks. We get to the window, and are not greeted. She starts handing out drinks. Without single word, she leaves us sitting there for 12 minutes. Then she comes back with our food and hands it out without a word. And just stands there staring until we drive off. If you don?t like your job, work to change it! Otherwise, you might as well be as good as fired. I would have never allowed anyone to treat a customer like that when I was in the restaurant business. Whoever runs this Wendy?s should have higher standards for their employees. I would be embarrassed to have someone like that working for me.
