Moe's Southwest Grill - Panama City

Good place to grab a quick bite and the food is good. Staff is very friendly too.

But I live Moos today I gave them a star, the child behind the counter had all his hair in his face could not see what he did without constantly pushing out when his eyes were. Secondly, he touched everything with the gloves he had, and then touched the food later on to the nachos or Burritos. What happened to hair nets?

Came in the name of Doordash. Waited over 30 minutes and was essentially ignored all the time. The staff was friendly and offered me a drink, but the wait was ridiculous? When I came in, they said they were very busy out of nowhere. Within 5 minutes the lobby had emptied and there were no one in the line. After another 15 minutes more people came in. Each one of them has been inclined to do so before they even started my order.

Scott worked his ass and still made him to make our Burritos expressive and perfection. He was about to throw the garbage out, clean the trays and take care of the customers. It's a rarity to have such hard workers today, and people like Scott make me go back to Moes.

The first time the food staff was great! I'm sure I'm back! Management should be proud! Thank you for a wonderful experience!
