Went to Firehouse cause I was starving! And wanted a big ole steak n cheese. Man was I in for it. I ordered a large (like I have before), and this thing was ridiculous! I literally couldn't fit the meat back in the sandwich! Best steak n cheese I had in some time too. This ended up making 2 meals View all feedback.

Management terrible. Found red hair in my food and it happens to be the manager red hair!!!. She is annoyed with me because HER hair was in MY food and not to mention bread was very hard as stone. they cut my big InTO 2 instead of 4 . This shop is very lost!!!! Very close to Lynn Oase . Tyndall parkway is the only 1 and last 1 I entered, there was actually no possibility to do the distance due to the narrow rear end of the building or area. I waited twice as long for my 1 hook n ladder as I did for 2 combination plates on the china king. no order. I was confused what the system was the next and where I stood or even order.
Strange weird vibe going on in that place. I've been twice. Going in there is really uncomfortable. Last time I honestly started to turn around and walk out. They forgot my soup. Had a hard time calling about it as I think they kept hanging up on me? Maybe the phone was doing something? Don't know. They can keep my soup as I really don't want to go back in there. I'll find a different firehouse subs.
The food, service, and atmosphere were all fantastic. We were completely pleased with our experience!
I decided to try this restaurant while on vacation, and I'm so glad I did! Everything was amazing—from the quality of the food to the portion sizes and the service. If I’m ever in the area again, or come across another Firehouse, I will definitely stop by. And just a heads up, the cookies are fantastic too!
Delicious, fresh, and served quickly—what more could you ask for?
