I'm a trans-type, I told them that my order was for Jack, written J A C K, because I'm the wrong name quite often. Not only my sandwich in lazily assembled pieces when I got it, but they called me Jess and Ma 'on several times. You are entitled to believe what you want, but the consequences that are directly rude for someone still exist. You can be Christian and still be polite. **** the boys. View all feedback.
The chicken and the quickness of their drive through is unbeatable perfect management
Today was the opening of the new location and I was ready to wait in the thru line at least 10 minutes and I didn't even have to wait 2 minutes! Everything was fast and efficient and everyone was as polite and friendly as ever! Also the food was on site and delicious! Thank you and great work!!
Just visited the new Chick-fil-a today and it was a seamless experience! It was nice to see the owner outside to guide the flow of traffic this summer heat! Traffic was a little crazy, but it is a brand new business so it was expected. I ordered online and went in where my order was already waiting for me in the pick-up area. When I left, I had trouble securing myself out of my parking lot, and the owner stopped the traffic to let me out. So great to see, owners interact in their shops, even the work nobody else ever wants.
Don't be fooled by their long lines! They are fast moving and polite. It is worth waiting.obvious good management and happy employees. Great landscape design and convenient location!
Good food, pleasant, polite staff. Appropriately expensive, the drive thru is fast.
