Subway - Panama City Beach

The Jamaican lady stood there like a wall. No smile, no greeting, you could tell she HATED being there. And, in two minutes, so did I. I will definitely spend my money anywhere else, but here. Never Again. Service

My friend and I came here this past saturday night. I ordered my usual sub of just meat and cheese. My friend ordered a cold cut. She got one layer of bologne and no other meats she was suppose to get. I was charged for a philly steak and cheese sub when that isnt what I got. I ended up paying $5 more than normal. I also got the long pretzel and she didnt put any cheese in the bag. I spent $31 and didnt realize I was ripped off. I wont come back here

This is one of the cleanest restaurants I 've visited. The food preparation area, bathrooms, and table seating area are really commendable. The only thing this restaurant should improve is its customer service.

January 2,2024 5:12pm I walked in after work. Disgusted with the type of service I received on this particular night . Greeted the employee with a happy new year. I was rushed into choosing my type of sandwich which no one was in the line. Immediately after she put my sandwich in the toaster, she immediately tried to ring me up at the cashier with her gloves on I had difficulties ripping my coupons out. She was rushing me to rip my coupons out and telling me I had to be prepared them at home then after my sandwich was finished toasted she began to try to make my sandwich with the same gloves on and when I kindly wanted her to change them after touching the computer screen. She didn’t want to change them when I asked. I’ll be recommending my friends and family not to go to this Subway.

Honestly love this subway, but my experience tonight was horrible. The lady working closing shift tonight was very disrespectful to my husband and i. When i was debating between and 6 inch or 12 inch she sighed and said “ girl” while rolling her eyes at me. My husband then changed his mind to wanting a sandwich and she got mad because we originally only said 1 sandwhich. Then she started making him a 12 inch he said he wanted an six inch and she said “ you are supposed to tell me that before i start making it” and got an attitude. He said your actually supposed to ask and she had a rude attitude for the whole experience. I’ve been going to this specific subway since i was 12. Worst subway experience ever. She’s just making sandwhiches. Isnt hard to make it to order.
