I ordered a McDouble and a small biscuit, but instead received five cheeseburgers, three large fries, and a Coke. I won’t complain, but how does this mix-up happen? There was just one person in front of me in line!
I have noticed that during the day, the service has been lacking—employees chewing gum and such—but I believe it's important to highlight the good as well as the bad. People are quick to voice complaints but often forget to acknowledge when things are done well.
