The customer service at this restaurant is extremely poor! The staff was very rude, making jokes about our order as we went through the drive-thru. When we reached the pick-up window, they told us not to grab the food from their hand. I was very disappointed with the service and won't be returning. I went one night through the car ride and the girls were so friendly and the manager in the service paul was very helpful keeping the good workers youngs.
Really dislike when places close 15 min before their closing time. Especially a late night fast food joint when you plan to visit based on business hours.
Rude order taker short southern fat girl. dirty floors. Food was old cold and obviously rewrapped. Do not come here for your health this s$ ain’t sanitary and the other bk ain’t much better sadly poor local management was run much better before on back beach before now just stay away from bk sorry if you love whoppers they suck here
Ordered 2 whoppers using the mobile app. After waiting 25 minutes for the food to come out, I started to watch the kitchen to see what the delay was and observed multiple employees handling finished food with bare hands, after touching themselves, handling cash/credit cards, and other surfaces. Gross! Got a refund and left without food.

After waiting 25 minutes I began to watch the kitchen to see what the delay was, as there were only 2 other customers in the restaurant and what appeared to be moderate drive thru traffic. I observed multiple employees touching finished food with bare hands after touching themselves, handling cash/credit cards, and touching other surfaces.
