I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sortis Hotel, Spa Casino in Panama, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted by friendly and accommodating staff who made me feel right at home. The hotel itself is stunning, with its modern and luxurious design. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, offering a comfortable bed, sleek furniture, and breathtaking city views. I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the entire facility. Amazing experience as we had a birthday party at the Sortis in July 2023. The service was phenomenal, the views were spectacular, the beds were so nice and I experienced the biggest shower of any hotel room. There are no tubs in the standard rooms, but there is a significant amount of space. Jean and Gabriel were two staff member who were exceptional at their jobs. Very kind and helpful gentleman who greatly exemplified amazing customer service. Management also was very attentive to guest needs and our party needs. Highly recommend for a stay in Panama!

Great place, great food, great staff. Casino takes taxes out of pay outs which that may be a Panama thing. The double cheeseburger at the restaurant on the side of the hotel is the best o ever had!

The food at this place is great by any standard. The service I would rate as insuperable. When in Panama make it to this Steak House it just does not get any better.

We were so glad we found this amazing steakhouse in Panama. My husband and I are big Tomahawk lovers and this is the right place if you want to enjoy good quality steak. Tomahawk is served on a very hot lava rock. Great taste. The wine menu is very extensive. Our server was great. friendly and professional. Beautiful restaurant with indoor and outdoor dining options. 5 stars. Highly recommended and must visit.
