The absolute best restaurant I've ever been to. This is a tasting restaurant, where Chef José tells a story through Panamanian cuisine. Your taste buds will be tantalized and the story is often changed. Reservations are required, there are only 32 people seated per day. View all feedback.
Not taking reservations due to COVID. Both phone and online form are out. Try Lo Que Hay instead — apparently it’s the same chef, although appears to be more of a lunch spot with a different vibe. Hopefully Donde Jose will update its information soon.
The place is very nice and delicious food! They have the best attention required.
The best dining experience of my life, and it's not even close! Definitely recommend!
