Texas Rose Steakhouse - Pampa

They had 3 waitresses and a host when we got in and the business wasn't full. We had to wait about 5-10 minutes to take our drinks orders, 10-15 minutes to get our drinks, the appetizer came out after the salads, slowly for refilling with the drinks. The fried steak was full of Gristle and hard to chew. We were not offered a cinnamon roll that came with the meal. At one point, the entire waiting staff, including the hostess, was in the kitchen when the customers came and left because no one welcomed or put them. Being short staff is not a reason for bad service or bad food.

I had the chicken fried steak and my husband had the top Sirloin. Both were really good! Rolls were good. Beer was very cold. They had no Shiner Bock, but the ShowingBock was just as good. Service was great!

This place is amazing! Drop the bones delicate ribs like wow they might be the best we ever had? Super friendly staff called near the closing time, but still filled our order with excellent service and even offered the most delicious soft honey rolls freshly baked. Will we definitely visit again next time? in Pampa TX! Thank you.

The ribeye and rolls were fantastic. I made the unfortunate mistake of getting the pasta..yuck. Don?t do it. Sauce was the consistency of dishwater, and had no flavor. Our server got me something else to eat quickly. He was working his butt off-can?t say as much for the other servers..it was frustrating seeing them slacking with a full house.
