Generally we love this place. Their beer garden is awesome (when the weather is nice) and the staff is usually very attentive. The food is very good too. I only gave three stars because of our last experience. We placed our drink order and told the waitress we would be sitting outside. Chicago Bears Game Day. Place is packed. One waitress, one bar tender. Help must be hard to find. Nothing like waiting 15—20 for a drink.
One of the few places left that have a smoking area. Service was great.
Great family place especially for the Holidays and the very successful summer St. Jude fundraiser event! The great group of young ladies who really love working together give great service with a wide smile only at X'S and O'S year round! AKA Chris L.

Horrible horrible horrible! Sat at the bar with literally no one in there and the service was horrible! Tons of workers talking but no service. One and done! First and last time there!
