Love this place - the spanish omelette is tremendous, the pancakes are really nice but please please please stop putting sugar in your mayonnaise - It makes all of your sandwiches absolutely disgusting.

I had a really pleasant experience at this restaurant. I tried the English breakfast and everything was delicious, except for one thing - the orange juice that came with it was powdered and watery. Overall, the restaurant has the potential to serve other delicious meals, but my experience was a bit disappointing.

I have been a regular at this restaurant since I first visited Palolem ten years ago. Despite this being my first visit during Covid times, the place is still running smoothly with the same friendly and highly helpful staff as before. The restaurant is always bustling with a mix of local and international customers during breakfast, and also offers delicious options for lunch and dinner. I enjoy having breakfast here every morning and can recommend everything from fruit muesli to various breakfast dishes, pancakes, and omelettes. Despite the busy morning rush, the kitchen is very efficient and guests never have to wait long for service or their food. The tandoori meals served in the evening are exceptional and larger than average meals found in many other Palolem beach restaurants. If you enjoy a delectable breakfast served by friendly staff, in a beautiful shaded garden, at a reasonable price, then you should definitely visit the German Bakery.
