Tender Greens - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Tender Greens:
There was a lack of menus and confusion during ordering. The outdoor seating area was closed and there was no place for guests to sit. The manager seemed unfazed and even sarcastic when I mentioned the need for more copies of the menu. The food was good, but it seems like the senior management could use some improvement. During my first visit to this restaurant, I was initially confused by the ordering and payment process, but I went with the flow and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a bowl with grilled chicken breast topped with greens, nuts, roasted bread, and goat cheese, and a refreshing lemonade with mint.
