Taverna - Palo Alto

It was like eating in a fantastic tavern on a wonderful Greek island the most unique and very carefully cooked Greek recipes. Thanasis thank you for this experience.

This place is worth waiting. so in love with everything on the menu I have to come back. yesterday evening with a friend to dinner here and have to say the exquisite presentation was perfect for the taste of each dish served. the wine selection fits perfectly with the menu. the service is exceptional and I felt like I was transported to Greece on holiday.

They earn a 5-star rating because they are just the best! I recommend this place very much!

Absolutely wonderful place to dinner. eating is simply amazing. the personal is super friendly. possibly some of the best Greek foods they have in the bay area and what an amazing selection of wine.

I was disappointed that I could never try the Mexican restaurant that had occupied this room before, but I was pleasantly surprised by the welcoming atmosphere of taverna. eating was so carefully thought out and presentation was simple and presented every dish beautiful. the lamb and carrot soup were particularly good and the weeping recommendations were fantastic. we chose the panna cotta for dessert, which was so creamy and the cake pieces and berries compliment. will definitely come back, perfect summer food.
