Taqueria Azteca - Palo Alto

Good bar food at a great price for Palo Alto. Rent here is high, which drives the price high for most restaurants. Not Taqueria. Prices are good. Food is good. Customer service is perfect with the son running the register and the father cooking.

Enchiladas were fire. Beans good. Rice could have been better but not bad. Quick and good service. Prices a little high, but that's pretty much to be expected out here. Overall would definitely come back/recommend.

We used to go here when my daughter was little. This place has a bit of everything for everyone. It has been awhile since I have eaten here. The attached bar is a large space. You can stop in to the restaurant without interacting with the bar. It is a nice separation. Bar people can be annoying. This place keeps them over there while you enjoy your meal over here.

Taqueria Azteca is adjoined with Nut House. I don't understand why these are listed as two different places though I understand the former is associated with food and the latter with pool, billiards, nuts and a bar. Has a small but good selection of vegetarian items. Yummy food and unique vibes. Thrilled with my visit here. Would go back here readily.
