What Ricky S doesn't like about Starbucks:
The tables and chairs are all stored in a section of the store so that patrons can't sit down inside. There is an entire section of the store that's just empty space. There is absolutely no reason to do this other than corporate greed. They just want you to go in and out. Starbucks has truly become nothing but a money grab. Customer service not so friendly but the location is nice and convenient.
Love the service from staff here. but a bit long line. The only reason for 4 stars on atmosphere is because there is no table seating inside. However there are plenty of beautiful outdoor seatings.
Employer sent me, alone, with a large order to place, and cashier did not advise there were no carrying trays. And seemed annoyed to help customers. Perhaps that's Starbucks' business strategy for customer facing employees. And did not know or understand. I was asking for an Iced hot chocolate (counter intuitive, I know). That's just the Starbucks culture.... Employee entitlement. Just not for me, but maybe for you. I want my $2 tip back. LOL!
